If you’ve always wanted to try archery in South Surrey, check out the https://www.sfgc.info/ website for information on kids and adult classes, as well as drop in. They also offer fun 3D shoots where you get to practice target shooting at various distances, usually 20 3D targets are put out varying in size from a Jurassic mosquito to an enormous moose.
The program is volunteer run, lead by Rob, (who also teaches the youth archery program teacher) and Stan. The classes and drop in are inexpensive, and even more so when you’re a member. We are all expected to volunteer in some capacity to help keep the program viable and encourage community.
We’ve enjoyed being part of the club, and highly recommend it for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.
